Abstract
U radu je analizirano naprezanje kod jako zakrivljenog štapa. Na početku rada se opisuje ravninska teorija elastičnosti te temeljne jednadžbe potrebne za izračunavanje naprezanja u jako zakrivljenom štapu. Zatim se provodi izračun naprezanja za zadane podatke. U drugom dijelu provedeno je eksperimentalno određivanje polja naprezanja, te je objašnjena metoda tenzometrije. Eksperimentalnim ispitivanjem dobit će se deformacije preko kojih će se dobiti naprezanja na mjestu postavljene mjerne trake. Nakon ekperimentalnog dijela provedena je numerička analiza naprezanja metodom konačnih elemenata. Pri toj analizi korišten je programski paket Ansys APDL 15.0, te je objašnjeno modeliranje problema i prikaz dobivenih rezultata. Na kraju je provedena usporedba rezultata naprezanja dobivenih anlitičkom metodom teorije elastičnosti, ekperimentalnim ispitivanjem i numeričkom metodom konačnih elemenata.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the strain in a very curved rod. Firstly, planar theory of elasticity and fundamental equations necessary to calculate the strain in a very curved rod were described in detail. Then the strain for default data is calculated. In the second part, there was experimental determining the stress fields. Also, the method of Tensometry was explained, which was used during the experimental analysis. Experimental tests will get deformation over which we will get the stress set in place of measuring tape. After experimental part, it was conducted the numerical stress analysis by finite element method. For this analysis was used software package Ansys APDL 15.0, and is explained modeling of plate and analysis of the solutions in this program. At the end of this paper, there is comparison of stress results obtained with analytical method theory of elasticity, experimental tests and numerical finite element method.
