Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je analiza naprezanja u cijevnom luku uz pojave pukotine. Radi mogućnosti provjere dobivenih rezultata izvršena je eksperimentalna analiza na cijevnom luku koja se uspoređuje s analitičkim i numeričkim rješenjima. Eksperimentalna analiza odrađena je pomoću tenzometrije, te su mjerena normalna naprezanja na vanjskoj strani te na unutrašnjoj strani cijevnog luka. Analitičko rješenje je dobiveno rješavanjem radijalnih, cirkularnih te normalnih naprezanja za debelostjene cijevi pritom su korištene promijenjene debljine stijenke koje su nastale uslijed savijanja cijevi. Analitička rješenja koja su korištena u usporedbi rezultata su normalna naprezanja dobivena na vanjskoj strani te na unutrašnjoj strani cijevnog luka. Nakon dobivenog analitičkog rješenja analizirana je 1/4 cijevnog luka iz razloga smanjivanja broja stupnjeva slobode koji olakšava definiranje rubnih uvjeta. Djeluje unutarnji tlak te su rješenja normalnih naprezanja dobivena metodom konačnih elemenata primjenom programskog paketa Ansys Workbench 16.0 te radi provjere rezultata primjenom Ansys Apdl 16.0. SINTAP procedurom provedeno je numeričko modeliranje vanjske polu eliptične pukotine pomoću programskog paketa Ansys Worbench 16.0. Prikazano je kako povećavanje dubine pukotine utječe na vrijednost faktora intenzivnosti materijala te vrijednost J-Integrala.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the stress in pipe arch with analyse of cracks. Numerical and analytical methods have been used to obtain experimental fracture tests in order to compare the results. The results of tensile tests are used in experimental analysis to validate the results with cracks and stress on both sides. Analytical solution is obtained by solving the radial, circular and normal stresses for thick-walled pipes in a case that they are used without changes in wall thickness which can be caused by bending pipes. Analytical solutions that are used in the comparison of the results were obtained by the normal stresses on the outside and on the inside of the pipe. After receiving the analytical solution, 1/4 pipe bend was analysed on the ground to reduce the number of degrees of freedom that facilitates the definition of boundary conditions. It works by internal pressure and the solution of normal stresses obtained by finite element method using the software package Ansys Workbench 16.0, and also to verify the results by using Ansys APDL 16.0. SINTAP procedure was carried out by numerical modelling of external semi elliptical cracks using the software package Ansys Worbench 16.0. It is shown that by increasing the depth of the cracks affects the value of the stress intensity factor and the value of J-Integral.
