Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je konstrukcijski razvoj kamionske ralice te provjeravanje zadovoljavanja maksimalnom opterećenju. Na samom početku rada istraživat će se koja postojeća rješenja postoje na tržištu te ih iskoristit kao sustav informacija za daljnje razvijanje našeg proizvoda. Nakon prikupljanih informacija postavit će se lista zahtjeva i želja te formiranje grube funkcijske strukture proizvoda. Iz grube funkcijske strukture raspisana je tablica gdje se vide svi parametri. Zatim se pristupa modeliranju pojedinih pozicija našeg proizvoda pomoću programa SolidWorks 2016. Nakon što su se iz modelirale pojedine pozicije, sklapaju se najprije u pod sklopove proizvoda, a potom pod sklopove spajamo u gotovi proizvod. Svakom pod sklopu se provjerava maksimalna naprezanja prema stvarnim uvjetima pomoću programa AnsysWorkbanch 16.2. Kada je cijela konstrukcija zadovoljila naprezanju, završili smo s daljnjom analizom.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is construction development of truck snowplow and crosscheck of its maximum load At the beginning of the paper existing solutions will be examined and used as an information system for further development of the product. After gathering all the needed information, a list of requirements and wishes will be compiled as well as rough functional structure of the product. Along with it, excel table with parameters will be presented. The next step will be modelling of individual positions of the product made with SolidWorks 2016 computer programme. After certain positions have been modeled, they will be concluded in the first subassemblies of the product, and then those subassemblies will be connected in the finished product. Every subassembly will be checked for maximum strain, based on real conditions, with the help of AnsysWorkbanch 16.2. programme. When the whole construction satisfies the straining, the paper will finish with further analysis.
