Abstract
U radu je analiziran proces izrade obujmice za cijevi. Obujmica služi za pričvršćivanje PP cijevi na horizontalnim i vertikalnim plohama. Obujmice je rađena procesom injekcijskog prešanja a materijal izrade je polipropilen. Proces izrade analiziran je i prezentiran u poduzeću MPR Mališ Željko, koji između ostalog proizvodi i na tržište plasira obujmice za cijevi. Uz analizu procesa u radu je sadržana i sistematizacija polimernih materijala te neke njihova osnovna svojstva prema kojima se vrši odabir prikladnog materijala za određeni proizvod. Također je detaljnije opisan i ciklus injekcijskog prešanja na stroju sa CNC upravljanjem.
Abstract (english)
This work analyzes process of making pipe clamp. Clamp is used to attach the PP pipe on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Clamp is made with process of injection molding and material of clamp is polypropylene. Manufacturing process is analyzed and presented in company "MPR" Mališ Željko, which among other things manufactures and markets pipe clamps. In addition to the analysis of processes, work also describes systematization of polymers and some of their basic mechanical properties according to which appropriate material for a given product is selected. It is also detail described cycle of injection molding on the machine with CNC control.
