Abstract
Temeljni je zadatak ovog diplomskog rada bio analizirati djelovanje potresa na tlačne dijelove konstrukcije vodocijevnog parnog kotla. Početni dio rada daje uvod u funkciju i karakteristike termoenergetskog postrojenja te ulogu parnog kotla u njemu. Također daje objašnjenje tlačnih dijelova te što definira vodocijevni kotao. Osim termoenergetskog postrojenja objašnjeno je potresno djelovanje kao i projektiranje konstrukcija u potresnim područjima prema Eurokodu 8 (EN 1998). Nakon teorijskog dijela slijedi detaljan prikaz modeliranja aproksimirane geometrije tlačnog dijela kotla u programskom paketu Abaqus/CAE 2016. Korištenjem metode konačnih elemenata izračunate su sile u osloncima koje nastaju pod utjecajem vlastite težine i za vrijeme djelovanja potresa. Prikazana je usporedba rezultata te je dana njihova analiza.
Abstract (english)
The main task of this thesis was to analyze seismic action influence on the pressure parts of the watertube steam boiler construction. The initial part of the thesis gives an introduction to the functions and characteristics of the thermal power plant and the role of a steam boiler in it. Furthermore, it gives an explanation of the pressure parts and what defines a water tube boiler. Beside thermo-power plant, the earthquake and the design of the structures in earthquake areas according to Eurocode 8 (EN 1998) have been explained. The theoretical part is followed by a detailed presentation of designing approximated geometry of the pressure parts in the Abaqus / CAE 2016. Using the finite element method, reaction forces in the supports which occur under the influence of boiler weight and during the earthquake have been calculated. A comparison of the results is shown and analysis of the results is given.
