Abstract
U radu je cilj bio upoznati se s filozofijom elektrootpornog šavnog zavarivanja. Sa znanstvene strane pristupiti tehnologiji spajanja i pojavama koje se pritom javljaju. Objasniti moguće tehnike spajanja, te najčešće primjene u praksi. Detaljno je opisan stroj za šavno zavarivanje, sa svim pripadajućim elementima: električni, mehanički i elektronski dio. Kroz eksperimentalni dio, zavarivanje uzoraka i razorno ispitivanje, željeli smo vidjeti kakav utjecaj imaju parametri zavarivanja na mehanička svojstva, te kvalitetu zavara. Rezultati ispitivanju pokazali su da je jakost struje zavarivanja najutjecajniji parametar.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the paper was to get acquainted with the philosophy of electric-resistance seam welding. From the scientific side, approach the technology of joining and appearing phenomena. Explain the possible techniques of joining and most common uses in practice. The seam welding machine is described in detail, with all its components: electrical, mechanical and electronic. Through the experimental part of the paper, welding of samples and destructive testing, we wanted to see the influence of welding parameters on mechanical properties and quality of welding. The test results showed that the welding current is the most influential parameter.
