Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je „Nerazorne metode ispitivanja mikrostrukture“. U teorijskom dijelu objašnjeno je općenito o nerazornim metodama ispitivanja, gdje i kako se primjenjuju. Objašnjene su metode analiziranja strukture metodom replika, te način mjerenja mikrotvrdoće prijenosnim tvrdomjerima. U glavnom dijelu objašnjen je postupak ispitivanja mikrostrukture metodom replika, koraci pripreme kao i sam postupak nanošenja folije za repliciranje strukture. U nastavku detaljno su objašnjene dinamičke metode ispitivanja prijenosnim tvrdomjerima. U eksperimentalnom dijelu provedeno je ispitivanje mikrostrukture metodom replika na zupčaniku koji je prethodno cementiran, a izrađen je od čelika oznake 18CrNiMO 17-6. Cilj cementiranja bio je postizanje martenzitne strukture, a cilj ispitivanja mikrostrukture bio je utvđivanje stvarne strukture ispitivanog zupčanika.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is " Non – destructive methods of microstructure testing". In theoretical part, non-destructive testing methods are generally explained. It is also explained how and where they are applied. Furthermore, the methods of analysing by replica, as well as the method of measuring microhardness with portable hardness testers, are explained. In the main part it is explained the process of microstructure testing by replica method, the steps of preparation, as well as the process of applying foils for replicating the structure. In addition, the dynamic test methods with portable hardness testers are explained in detail. In experimental part, the testing od microstructure by replica method on gear that was previously cemented and was made of steel, marked 18CrNiMO 17-6 was made. The goal of cementing was to achieve martensitic strucutre, and the goal of microstructure testing was to determine the actual structure od tested gear.
