Abstract
U radu su prikazane tehnologije lijevanja masivnih odljevaka. Masivni odljevci najčešće se lijevaju u pješčane kalupe, a mogu biti lijevani i u pune kalupe te u jame koje se nalazu u podu ljevaonica. U drugom dijelu je obrađen nodulatni lijev (žilavi, kugličasti lijev). Nodularni lijev prepoznatljiv je po svom kuglastom obliku grafita i po svojim dobrim svojstvima. Najčešće se koristi za koljenaste i bregaste osovine motora, zupčanike, košuljice cilindara motora i kompresora, poklopce kliznih ležaja... Jedan je od najzastupljenih lijevova, kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj. Na kraju rada prikazan je primjer lijevanja kućišta od nodularnog lijeva.
Abstract (english)
The casting technology od massive castings is presented is this work. Massive castings are most often cast into sand molds and also can be cast in full molds and in pits located in foundry floor. Nodular cast iron (a rigid ball bearing) is processed in the second part of the work. Also nodular cast iron is recognizable by it's ball-shaped graphite and by its good properties.It 's most commonly used for crankshaft and camshafts, gears, engine cylinder liners and compressors, sliding bearing covers. This cast is one of the most common casts in the world as well as in Croatia. An example of a nodular casting is shown at the end of the work.
