Abstract
U ovome diplomskom radu se opisuje konstruiranje kuglastog spremnika kombinacijom analitičkog proračuna prema različitim normama te metodom konačnih elemenata. Posuda se oslanja na osam oslonaca (stupova). Uvodni dio se odnosi na razloge konstruiranja spremnika za ukapljeni naftni plin (UNP). Nadalje, dani su osnovni pojmovi i definicije u području opreme pod tlakom, što su to posude pod tlakom, koje su konstrukcijske značajke, materijali za izradu te koja se naprezanja i deformacije javljaju pri eksploataciji. Zakonski akti ili pravilnici koji važe na području Republike Hrvatske također su navedeni te ukratko opisani svaki od njih. U drugome dijelu rada, određena je vrsta i projektna klasa kuglastog spremnika na osnovu općih faktora te su definirani ulazni podaci za proračun. Analitički proračun napravljen je preko ASME odjeljak VIII i EN 13445 norme. Iz dobivenih rezultata vidljivo je kako norme prate jedna drugu, osnovna je razlika u označavanju pojedinih parametara. Dobiveni rezultati su uspoređeni sa numeričkom analizom koja je određena pomoću programskih paketa ANSYS te SOLIDWORKS u kojoj je korištena metoda konačnih elemenata. 3D model same kuglaste posude izrađen je u SOLIDWORKSU-u.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the construction of a spherical tank by a combination of analytical calculation according to different standards and the finite element method. Tank rests on eight supports (pillars). The introductory part refers to the reasons for designing tanks for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Furthermore, the basic concepts and definitions in the field of pressure equipment are given, what are pressure vessels, what are the design features, materials for construction and what stresses and deformations occur during operation. Legal acts or ordinances valid in the territory of the Republic of Croatia are also listed and each of them is briefly described. In the second part of the paper, the type and design class of the spherical tank are determined based on general factors and the input data for the calculation are defined. The analytical calculation was made via ASME section VIII and EN 13445 standard. From the obtained results, it is evident that the norms follow each other, the main difference is in the designation of individual parameters. The obtained results were compared with the numerical analysis determined by the ANSYS and SOLIDWORKS software packages, in which the finite element method was used. The 3D model of the spherical tank was made in SOLIDWORKS.
