Abstract
U ovome radu napravljeno je umjeravanje mase i vage koje su bile dostupne na lokaciji PLIVA HRVATSKA d.o.o. Norma kojom je tvrtka TEHNIČAR SERVAG d.o.o. akreditirana je HRN EN ISO/ IEC 17025 i HRN EN ISO/ IEC 17020. U prvom dijelu rada, napravit će se analiza zahtjeva kontrole i potrebne definicije radi boljeg razumijevanja rada te zahtjevi koji su nužni u farmaceutskoj tvrtki. U drugom dijelu rada je opisan i prikazan praktični dio umjeravanje vaga i utega, njihove karakteristike, opseg područja mjerenja te moguće pogreške. Umjeravanje se radilo u skladu s preporukama OIML R111-1:2004 i EURAMET/cg18/v.04:2015. U prilogu će biti stavljena prijašnja mjerenja koja su bila prilagođena potrebama za TEHNIČAR SERVAG d.o.o. Mjerenja koja smo proveli, radila su se za potrebe tvrtke PLIVA HRVATSKA d.o.o., ali u prilogu će biti prikazani primjeri umjeravnja za potrebe tvrtke TEHNIČAR SERVAG d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, a calibration of the mass and scales that were available on site was made. Company TEHNIČAR SERVAG d.o.o. is accredited by the standards of HRN EN ISO / IEC 17025 and HRN EN ISO / IEC 17020. In the first part of the paper, we will make an analysis of the control requirements and the necessary definitions to better understand the working process and the requirements that are necessary in a pharmaceutical company. The second part describes and shows the results of practical calculations of calibration of scales and weights, their characteristics, the range of the measuring area and possible errors. Calibration was performed in accordance with the recommendations of OIML R111-1: 2004 and EURAMET / cg18 / v.04: 2015. In the attachment, you can find previous calibration measurements that have been adapted to the needs of the company TEHNIČAR SERVAG d.o.o. The measurements we carried out were adapted to the needs of the company PLIVA HRVATSKA d.o.o., but examples of calibration for the needs of the company TEHNIČAR SERVAG d.o.o. will be presented in the attachment.
