Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je tema „Tehnološki postupak izrade proizvoda oznake KT1“. Primijenjena u ovom postupku izrade je tehnologija obrade odvajanjem čestica. Obrađen je jedan segment alatnog sklopa. U diplomskom radu dan je osvrt na legirane specijalne čelike, osposobljene za rad na hladno . Također definirani su tehnološki zahtjevi koji se odnose na odabrani proizvod. U diplomskom radu su prikazani strojevi, alati koji su korišteni prilikom izrade proizvoda, te pribor za stezanje, redoslijed operacija i zahvata pri izradi. Na proizvodu su provedena mjerenja točnosti izrade i kontrola izrade proizvoda, te na kraju tehnoekonomska analiza.
Abstract (english)
In this diploma thesis , the topic beeing discussed is „Technological procedure of manufacturing products marked KT-1“. In this manufacturing process the particle separation processing technology is applied. One segment of the toolkit was processed. The diploma thesis gives an overview of alloy special steels, capable of working in the cold. The technological requirements related to the selected product are also defined. The diploma thesis deals with the machines, tools used in the manufacture of products and clamping accessories and the order of operations and procedures in themanufacture. Measurements of the accuracy of production, ie control of product production, and finally techno-economic analysis were performed on the product.
