Abstract
U radu je prikazan proces lijevanja automobilskog bloka motora. Polazi se od povijesnog razvoja ljevarstva, razvoja tehnologija lijevanja, do današnjih postupaka izrade bloka motora. Prikazani su današnji zahtjevi za izradu blokova motora, te su opisani pojedini dijelovi automobila, koji se također izrađuju lijevanjem. Pojašnjeni su postupci lijevanja za izradu bloka motora, načini izrade kalupa, korišteni modeli i legure pogodne za izradu bloka motora. Pojašnjen je proces pripreme kalupa, ulijevanja litine, hlađenja odljevaka, te njegovog istresanja, čišćenja i naposljetku mehaničke obrade odljevaka. Detaljno je objašnjen postupak lijevanja bloka motora pomoću tlačnog lijeva, materijali koji se koriste, te dan osvrt na svojstva pojedine legure.
Abstract (english)
In this paper the process of casting automobile engine block will be shown. The starting point is the historical development of casting, casting technology development to the present methods of making the engine block. It also shows the current demands placed on the engine blocks and describes some parts of the car that was also made by casting. It explains the process of preparing a mold, pouring iron, casting cooling, and its dump cleaning and finally mechanical machining of castings. Besides, it explaines in detail the process of casting the cylinder block using die-cast, materials used, and the review of the properties of certain alloys.
