Abstract
U radu su opisane i analizirane moguće primjene automatizacije u izradi kućišta energetskih transformatora. Uvodni dio sastoji se od opisa namjene energetskog transformatora te su navedeni njegovi glavni konstrukcijski dijelovi. Opisana su dva glavna postupka zavarivanja te njihova primjena u proizvodnji. U središnjem dijelu obrađuju se mogućnosti primjene različitih vrsta automatizacije pri zavarivanju te na koncept automatizacije za navarivanja. Sastoji se od općenitih karakteristika automatizacije zavarivanja i opisa primjenjivih postupaka. Navedene su prednosti i nedostaci svakog pojedinog postupka s mjestom primjene. Kvalitativno se uspoređuje ručno i automatizirano zavarivanje pomoću traktora. Opisan je koncept automata za navarivanje slova na tanki lim te su navedeni razlozi odabira dijelova automata. Izrađen je proračun troškova izrade oznaka iz limova i izrade pomoću automata za navarivanje. Cilj rada je pružiti procjenu primjene postojećih vrsta automatizacije zavarivanja te prikazati mogućnost izrade i implementacije automata za navarivanje.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes and analyzes the possible application of automation in the power transformer casing production. In the introduction, purpose of power transformers is described together with their main structural parts. It describes two main methods of welding and their production application. Main part of this paper deals with the possibilities of application of different types of welding automation and the concept of surface welding automation. It consists of the general characteristics of the welding automation and description of the applicable procedures. It specifies the advantages and disadvantages of each procedure together with application site. The difference between manual and automated welding by tractor is qualitatively compared. It It describes the concept of automation machine for surface welding of letters on thin metal sheet and reasons for selecting its integral parts. Cost calculation is made for manufacturing marks from metal sheets and with surface welding automation machine. The aim of this paper is to provide assessment of the application of the existing methods of welding automation and to show the possibility of developing and implementing surface welding automation.
