Abstract
U ovom radu analizirana su polja naprezanja kalupa za prešanje plastike. Na samom početku dani su izrazi iz teorije elastičnosti za određivanje polja naprezanja. Kako je kalup za prešanje plastike složene geometrije, te za takvo tijelo ne postoji Airyeva funkcija, kalup za prešanje plastike aproksimiran je debelom cijevi. Izrazima teorije elastičnosti za naprezanje debele cijevi određen je polumjer r1 debele cijevi, te je određena cirkularna komponenta naprezanja na polumjeru r2. U drugom dijelu provedeno je eksperimentalno određivanje polja naprezanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu korištena je metoda tenzometrije. Objašnjen je postupak pripreme ispitnog uzorka za mjerenje, te sam princip provedbe analize. Prilikom provedbe ove analize bilježe se deformacije, te se preko Hookovog zakona za jednoosno stanje naprezanja određuju naprezanja na mjestu postavljene mjerne trake. Nakon eksperimentalnog dijela provedena je numerička analiza metodom konačnih elemenata. Za numeričku analizu korišten je programski paket ANSYS 16.2. U ovom dijelu prikazan je postupak postavki problema, te su analizirani dobiveni rezultati. Na samom kraju rada uspoređeni su rezultati dobiveni analitičkom, eksperimentalnom i numeričkom analizom.
Abstract (english)
This paper is analyzed the stress fields of mould for injection moulding. At the beginning is described the theory of elasticity for determining stress fields. As the mould for moulding plastics entails complicated geometry and there is no Airy function, the mold for molding is approximated by a thick pipe. Terms of the theory of elasticity for stress thick pipe is determined by the radius r1 thick pipe, and determined circular component stresses the radius r2. In the second part is showed an experimental determination of stress fields. Tensometry as a method is used in the experimental part. The process of preparation of the sample for measurement, and the principle of the implementation analysis are explained. In the implementation of this analysis deformation is recorded and stress on the position on the site measuring tape is determined with the Hook's law for an uniaxial condition stress. After the experimental part is analyzed numerical data in finite element method. Software package ANSYS 16.2 was used for numerical analysis of the data. This part discusses the possible procedures of problem setting and analyses the results. At the end of the paper compared the results obtained by the analytical, experimental and numerical analysis.
