Abstract
Diplomski rad pod nazivom “Zavarivanje PE-HD cijevi“ prvom poglavlju govori o razvoju i sve većoj primjeni polimera u tehničkoj praksi. Nabrojat ćemo vrste, svojstva te predstavnike polimera, u kojem ćemo detaljnije opisati svojstva polietilena i kako se proizvodi, gdje se primjenjuje. Polietilen se dijeli na polietilen niske gustoće (PE-LD), linearni polietilen niske gustoće (PE-LLD) i polietilen visoke gustoće (PE-HD) koji je najzastupljeniji u postupku zavarivanja. U radu su opisani postupci proizvodnje PE-HD cijevi, ekstrudiranje cijevi kao i zavarivanje PE-HD cijevi kroz tri skupine zavarivanja: sučeono, elektrofuzijsko i polifuzijsko zavarivanje te sama namjena spomenute tehnologije kao aktualne i danas široko primijenjene proizvodne tehnologije.
Abstract (english)
Thesis entitled "Welding of HDPE pipe," the first chapter discusses the development and the increasing use of polymers in technical practice. The following are types, properties, and representatives of the polymer, in which we will describe in more detail the properties of polyethylene and as end products, where applicable. Polyethylene is divided into low-density polyethylene (PE-LD), linear low density polyethylene (PE-LLD) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) which is most common in the process of welding. The paper describes methods of producing HDPE pipe, pipe extrusion and welding HDPE pipe through three sets of welding: butt, electrofusion and polifuzijsko welding and myself purpose mentioned as current technology and now widely applied production technology.
