Abstract
U radu je opisano i analizirano rješenje sustava dojave greške na peći za žarenje metalnih konstrukcija te provedena usporedba stanja prije i nakon unaprjeđenja. U dosadašnjem radu peći primijećeni su nedostaci u projektu rada peći koji mogu uzrokovati lošu obradu konstrukcije, zakašnjenja u proizvodnji i novčane kazne. Dosadašnje stanje upravljanja peći uključivalo je samo osnovno upravljanje grijanjem peći, bez mogućnosti uvida u pojavu greške u radu. Analizom postojećeg stanja utvrđena je mogućnost unaprjeđenja sustava upravljanja peći ugradnjom opreme čiji će glavni zadatak biti provjera rada dosadašnjeg sustava upravljanja peći i dojava greške operateru i/ili nadzorniku pogona. Poznavajući osnovne zahtjeve novog sustava i samu važnost kvalitetne provedbe žarenja konstrukcije, izvođač radova je oblikovao rješenje koje uključuje novi programabilni logički kontroler (PLC), telekomunikacijski (GSM) modul i pripadajuću opremu za neometan rad sustava dojave greške. Novo izvedeni sustav uključen u rad peći motrit će napajanje grijača, upravljačkog PLC-a, pisača dijagrama žarenja te ispravnost temperaturnih sondi. U slučaju pojave greške u radu peći, sustav za dojavu greške obavijestit će operatera tekstualnom (SMS) porukom s opisom greške.
Abstract (english)
In the paper, the solution of system for malfunction reporting on the stress relief furnace for metal structures is described and analyzed and comparison of the situation before and after the improvements was carried out. During work furnace so far some deficiencies have been noticed in the working project of furnace, which can cause poor processing of construction, production delays and fines. The previous state of furnace management has been including only basic control of furnace heating, without the possibility of insight into the occurrence of malfunctions. By analyzing the current situation, the possibility of improvement of the furnace system management was determined by installing equipment which main task will be checking of the current furnace management system and malfunction reporting to the operator and/or supervisor. Knowing the basic requirements of the new system and the very importance of the quality implementation of annealing of construction, the contractor has designed a solution that includes a new programmable logic controller (PLC), telecommunications (GSM) module and related equipment for the smooth operation of the system for malfunction report. Newly designed system involved in the work of furnace will be watching the power of the heater, the control PLC, printer of heating diagram and the functionality of the temperature probes. In case of furnace malfunction , the system for malfunction report will notify the operator by text (SMS) message describing the malfunction.
