Abstract
U završnom radu prikazan je tok izrade predmeta od generiranja troškova izrade, odabira materijala, modeliranja prema nacrtu, izrade simulacije glodanja, generiranje G-koda pa do konačne izrade na CNC horizontalnom 5 osnom stroju pomoću programskog alata SolidWorks, modula Costing i SolidCAM-a za izradu simulacije. Za procjenu troškova koristi se prilagođeni predložak u Solid Costing modulu s definiranim parametrima, da bi se na kraju generiralo izvješće troškova i operacija koje je u cijelosti prikazano u Prilogu 1. Izrada predmeta izvršena je u tvrtci O.M.T na stroju Mori Seiko SH-50.
Abstract (english)
In the thesis is shown flow making of generating production costs, selection materials, modeling according to the draft, making simulation milling, generate G-code, to the finalization of the CNC 5 axis Sliding machine using software tools SolidWorks Costing module and SolidCAM for the simulation. For the cost estimates is used custom template Solid Costing module with defined parameters that will generated report of costs and operations, which is fully shown in 1st Attachment. Manufacture of products made in the company O.M.T on the machine Mori Seiki SH-50.
