Abstract
Glavna tema rada je analiza konstrukcije izmjenjivača topline cijevi u plaštu. Prije proračuna u radu se daje tekst kojim se definiraju osnovne značajke izmjenjivača topline, kao i primjena istih. Na taj način pojašnjava se ne samo konstrukcija već i kriteriji koje različiti tipovi izmjenjivača trebaju ispuniti. Nakon toga slijedi dizajn: popis i opis dijelova, osnovne metode konstrukcije te izrazi za proračun koeficijenta topline i pada tlaka unutar izmjenjivača. Na samom kraju rada nalazi se proračun izmjenjivača sa zadanim vrijednostima, te prije toga kao posebni dodatak opis Bell-Delawareove metode, koja se ne koristi u krajnjem proračunu zbog nedovoljno polaznih varijabli, ali svoju upotrebu nalazi kada se žele uzeti u obzir različiti gubitci unutar izmjenjivača.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of the paper is an analysis of the sizing of a shell and tube heat exchanger. Prior to the calculations in the paper, we define the basic characteristics of heat exchangers as well as the their application. This explains not only the construction but also the criteria that different types of exchangers should meet. Next is the design: list and description of the parts, basic construction methods and terms needed for calculating the heat coefficient and the pressure drop within the exchanger. At the very end of the work is the calculation of the exchanger with the given values, and before that as a special addition the description of the Bell-Delaware method, which is not used in the final calculation due to insufficient starting variables but it is used when we need to take into account the various losses within the exchanger.
