Abstract
U diplomskom radu ukratko je opisan tehnološki proces izrade ozubljenog vratila. U uvodu je općenito opisana obrada odvajanjem čestica, podjela, prednosti, nedostaci, te je dan uvid u ono o čemu će se nadalje pisati. Drugo poglavlje diplomskog rada opisuje izradu ozubljenja, materijale za izradu ozubljenja i toplinsku obradu istih. U trećem poglavlju na osnovu promatranja unutar proizvodnog pogona izrađen je postupak izrade ozubljenja postupcima OOČ, te opisan stroj i alati. Četvrto poglavlje opisuje tehnološku izradu ozubljenog vratila prema crtežu i dana su vremena tehnologije izrade vratila sa ozubljenjem. U petom poglavlju razrađena je tehnoekonomska analiza izrade ozubljenog vratila.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents a short description of the technological process of making a geared shaft. The introduction describes the tehnological process of chip removal processes, its classification, the advantages and disadvantages. It also introduces the topics that weill be discussed later inthe thesis. Chapter two describes techology of gearing, the materials used for making gears and the heat treatment of those materials. Chapter three analyses the process ofmaking gears usingchip removal process, methods based on the objection at a manufacturing plant. Chapter four describes the tehnological process of making a geared shaft according to a drawing and the duration of the procedure is specified. Chapter five presents the techno-economic analysis of a geared shaft.
