Abstract
Predmet diplomskog rada je projektno rješenje kombiniranog toplovodnog termoenergetskog postrojenja toplinske snage 1 MW za grijanje i pripremu potrošne tople vode. Uvodni dio ovog rada se sastoji od općenitog opisa i podjele termoenergetskih postrojenja, namjeni i principima rada te mogućim izvedbama i regulacije. Također, u uvodnom dijelu se još opisuje kombinirano termoenergetsko postrojenje, odnosno komponente koje je moguće primijeniti. Stoga su opisane dizalice topline, solarni sustavi za pripremu potrošne tople vode, akumulacija toplinske energije i ekspanzijski sustavi. Kako bi bilo moguće projektirati postrojenje, potrebno je proračunati i dimenzionirati pojedine komponente samog postrojenja. Proračunu i dimenzioniranju dijelova postrojenja je posvećen središnji dio rada. Nakon proračuna, odabrani su potrebni izvori topline, cjevovodi, armatura i ostala oprema potrebna za pravilan rad postrojenja. Završni dio rada opisuje učinkovitost, efikasnost i primjenjivost projektiranog postrojenja. Također, proveden je proračun kojim se potvrđuje ispravnost odabranog pogonskog goriva u vidu potrošnje i emisije štetnih tvari. Na kraju samog rada su dani tehnički opis cijelog postrojenja te zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The subject of the graduate thesis is the project solution of the combined district thermal power plant of 1 MW heat power for heating and preparation of hot water. The introductory part of this thesis consists of a general description and division of thermal power plants, purpose and principles of work, possible solutions and regulation. Also, the introductory part further describes a combined thermal power plant and the components that can be applied. For that reason, heat pumps, solar system for preparations of consumable hot water, heat accumulations and expansion systems are described. In order to design a plant, it is necessary to calculate and dimension individual components of the plant itself. The central part of the work is devoted to the calculation and dimensioning of the parts of the plant. After the calculations, the necessary heat sources, pipelines, armature and other equipment required for proper operation of the plant were selected. The final part of the thesis describes the effectiveness, efficiency and applicability of the projected power plant. Also, a calculation was made to confirm the correctness of the selected fuel in terms of consumption and emissions of pollutants. At the end of the work, a technical description of the whole plant and a conclusion are given.
