Abstract
U diplomskom radu je prikazana izrada prilagođene dječje ortoze tehnologijom 3D printanja. Tehnologija 3D printanja omogućava izradu predmeta različitih oblika, manje mase i potrebne čvrstoće te je s tom svrhom odabrana kao prikladna tehnologija za izradu ortoze. U dogovoru s liječnicima specijalistima odabran je prikladan kandidat. Komponente dječje ortoze su modelirane i prilagođene na osnovi snimki kandidata dobivenih 3D skeniranjem. Objašnjen je postupak 3D skeniranja pomoću OrtoSCAN digitalizatora te modeliranje komponenata u programu Autodesk Fusion 360. Komponente prilagođene dječje ortoze izrađivane su pomoću dva 3D printera: Prusa i3 P3Steel i Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro. Nakon izrade, slijedilo je sastavljanje ortoze i posjet pacijentu. Analizom probne primjene doneseni su zaključci o mogućim poboljšavanjima dječje ortoze.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis explains the production of a personalized child orthosis with 3D printing technology. 3D printing technology makes it possible to manufacture objects with different shapes, smaller masses and required hardness therefore it has been chosen as a suitable orthosis production technology. In agreement with the doctors specialists, an appropriate candidate was selected. The components of a child's orthosis have been modelled and adapted based on the scans from candidates acquired with 3D scanning. The 3D scanning process with OrtoSCAN digitizer and component modelling in Autodesk Fusion 360 are explained. Customized child orthosis components were developed using two 3D printers: Prusa i3 P3Steel and Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro. Patient visit was followed by assembling of the orthosis. After the trial analyse application, conclusions were made about possible improvements of child orthosis.
