Abstract
U diplomskom radu ukratko je opisana direktiva vezana za posude pod tlakom. Opisani su glavni dijelovi posude pod tlakom, materijali koji se koriste, proračun debljine stjenke, tipovi pripreme za zavarivanje cijevnih priključaka.U drugom poglavlju diplomskog rada upoznajemo normu AD-2000 Merkblatt iz koje navodim vrste cijevnih priključaka za zavarivanje na posude pod tlakom u ovisnosti o debljini stjenke. Treće poglavlje sadrži usporedbu cijevnih priključaka s ojačanjem i oblikovanjem. Upoznajemo faktor koncentracije naprezanja kroz proračun priključka na zavarenoj posudi pod tlakom.Četvrto poglavlje je zaključak cijelog diplomskog rada u kojem opisujem o kojim stvarima treba voditi računa pri konstruiranju i izradi posuda pod tlakom, te usporedba cijevnih priključaka na posudama pod tlakom.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis describes directive for pressure vessels. The main components of the pressure vessel, the materials used, the wall thickness calculation, the types of preparation for the welding of pipe connections (nozzles) are described.In the second chapter of the graduate thesis we have introduced the standard AD-2000 Merkblatt where we can see the types of nozzle for welding to pressure vessels depending on the thickness of the wall. The third chapter describes the comparison of the nozzle with reinforcement and nozzle shaping of the material. Meet the stress concentration factor through the calculation of the nozzle on the welded pressure vessel .The fourth chapter is the conclusion of the entire graduate thesis describing what issues should be taken into account when constructing and making pressurized vessels.
