Abstract
U radu je napravljena teorijska analiza i proračun vezan za rad pumpe, prateći pri tome popratne parametre vezane za cjevovodni sustav. U uvodu su objašnjene osnovne značajke cjevovoda, te komponente centrifugalne pumpe. Zatim je izvršen proračun volumenskog protoka unutar sustava te je nađena radna točka. Vršeni su proračuni na osnovi razlika visina slobodnih površina spremnika, te se određivala nova vrijednost protoka u sustavu. Potrebno je bilo ispitati utjecaj zamjenske pumpe koja bi osigurala dvostruko veći protok, kao i utjecaj lokalnih gubitaka i visine hrapavosti na parametre sustava. Na kraju se vršila zamjena radnog medija, te je umjesto vode korištena živa i nafta, te je ponovno izvršen proračun protoka u sustavu. Izvršen je proračun minimalno potrebne snage pumpe uzimajući u obzir utjecaj lokalnih gubitaka, njihovo zanemarivanje i potrebnu snagu pumpe sa živom i naftom kao radnim medijem, te proračun snage pumpe za dvostruko veći protok. Zaključno, ispitan je utjecaj duljine cjevovoda sustava na parametre sustava. Svi proračuni vršili su se u programskom paketu Engineering Equation Solver (EES).
Abstract (english)
In this paper theoretical analysis and calculation related to the operation of the pump have been made, following the parameters related to the pipeline system. In the introduction the basic features of the pipeline and centrifugal pump components are explained. Then the volume flow calculation within the system was performed and a working point was found. Calculations were made on the basis of differences in the height of the free surface of the container, and the new flow rate was determined in the system. It was necessary to examine the influence of the replacement pump to ensure a double flow, as well as the impact of local losses and the level of roughness on the parameters within the system. At the end, the replacement of the working media was done, and instead of the water mercury and oil was used, and the system flow calculation was repeated. The calculation for the minimum required pump power was made considering the impact of local losses, their neglect and the required power of the pumps with mercury and oil as a working medium. In conclusion, the influence of the length of the pipeline on the system parameter was examined. All the calculations were made in the Engineering Equation Solver (EES) program package.
