Abstract
Ovaj rad će opisati kontrolu kvalitete u odabranom poduzeću kroz opis pojma kvalitete. Prikazat će se i opisati kontrola kvalitete složenog proizvoda za ugradnju i montažu opreme za rasute terete u luci Ploče. Konstrukcija služi za prijevoz bunkera koji služe za presip rasutih tereta po transportnoj traci. Cijela konstrukcija konstruirana je da bude pokretna po šinama uzduž transportne trake. Na konstrukciji se nalaze bunkeri s pojačanjem protiv trošenja, koji služi kao lijevak i kao takav usmjerava rasute terete na transportnu traku. U radu obrađujemo LK 105 dio konstrukcije koji je glavni oslonac za cijelu pokretnu konstrukciju. Opisat će se proces kontrole kvalitete kroz opis tehnološkog procesa proizvodnje, opis proizvoda, proces kontrole u proizvodnji, ispitivanje proizvoda i korektivne akcije.
Abstract (english)
This paper will describe quality control in the selected company through the description of the concept of quality, historical quality development and other quality concepts. There will be a description of the quality control of the complex product for installation and assembly of bulk cargo equipment in port of Ploče. The construction serves to transport the bunkers used to transport the bulk cargo on the conveyor belt. The entire construction is designed to be movable along the tracks along the conveyor belt. On the structure there are anti-wear bunkers, which serves as a funnel and as such direct the burdened load on the conveyor belt. In this paper, LK 105 is a part of the construction, which is the main support for the entire moving construction. An example of a selected manufacturing company will also describe the process of quality control through a description of the technological process of production, product descriptions, logistical processes that serve as production process support, product control, product testing, and remedial action.
