Abstract
U radu su opisani sustavi kvalitete koji se primjenjuju u procesima planiranja, nabave, proizvodnje, otpreme, prodaje i kontrole. Provode se u skladu s važećim normama i zakonskim propisima. Njihovom primjenom osigurava se kvaliteta proizvoda i poboljšanje odnosa s korisnicima. Zbog sve oštrijih zahtjeva tržišta u pogledu kvalitete, tvrtka mora biti spremna odgovoriti na njih kako bi ostala konkurentna na tržištu. Da bi to uspjela mora pravilno i na vrijeme primijeniti tehnike, alate i metode kontinuiranog poboljšanja. U radu je razrađena sistematizacija tehnika, alata i metoda kontinuiranog poboljšanja te opisan način na koji se oni primjenjuju. Također, u 4. točki diplomskog rada dan je primjer procesa poboljšanja u ĐĐ TEP-u, na temelju podataka s ispitnih lista.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the quality systems that are applied in the planning, procurement, production, shipping, sales and control processes. It is carried out in accordance with applicable standards and legal regulations. Their application ensures product quality and improving customer relationships. Due to the increasingly stringent market demand in terms of quality, the company must be ready to respond to them in order to remain competitive on the market. To do this, it has to apply the techniques, tools and methods of continuous improvement properly and on time. This paper elaborates the systematization of techniques, tools and methods of continuous improvement and describes the way in which they are applied. Also, in the 4th point of the graduate thesis, there is an example of the improvement process in ĐĐ TEP, based on the data from the examination lists.
