Abstract
Ispitivanje akustičnom emisijom posuda pod tlakom relativno je nova metoda ispitivanja. Velike prednosti metode su što spremnik ne treba prazniti i puniti vodom jer je mediji s kojim dižemo tlak isti kao što je već u spremniku. Zahvaljujući tome izbjegavamo dodatno stvaranje korozije unutar spremnika. Pomoću akustične emisije može se odrediti točno mjesto nastanka greške i pukotina u materijalu, također i praćenje širenja oštećenja. Može se predvidjeti da li postoji mogućnost nastanka pukotina. Zavarenim spojevima i zonama oko spoja plašta i prirubnice se uvelike vodi računa pri ispitivanju akustičnom emisijom. Zahtjevi koji postavlja tržište svakim danom je sve veće i strože. Razvijene zemlje gledaju kvalitetu te je vrlo važno kvalitetno se upoznati sa ovom metodom.
Abstract (english)
Testing pressurized vessels with acoustic emissions is a relatively new test method. The great advantage of the method is that the container does not have to be emptied and filled with water because the media we pressurize is the same that is in the tank. Thanks to this we avoided the additional corrosion inside the container. By means of acoustic emission, the exact location of faults and cracks in the material can be pinpointed, as well as the spread of damage. It can be predicted that there is a possibility of cracking. Welded joints and zones around the shell and flange joint are greatly taken into account when testing with the acoustic emissions. Demand that the market set are getting bigger and stricter with every day. Developed countries look for quality and it is very important to be well acquainted with this method.
