Abstract
U ovome radu opisana je tehnologija toploga kovanja, način zagrijavanja pripremka, te strojevi i alati za toplo kovanje. Kovanje je postupak oblikovanja metala deformiranjem kojim se osim oblika mijenjaju i mehanička svojstva materijala. Kroz ovaj rad upoznajemo detaljnije tehnologiju toploga kovanja te njezine prednosti i nedostatke, kao i svojstva proizvoda dobivena ovom tehnologijom. Također opisuju se različiti načini zagrijavanja pripremka, kao i kontrola samoga zagrijavanja. Na samom kraju rada nalazi se podjela alata i strojeva za toplo kovanje.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes hot combing technology, warming preparations, and hot forging machines and tools. Forging is a process of forming a metal by deforming which, apart from shape, also changes the mechanical properties of the material. Throughout this paper, we learn about the more detailed heat-cutting technology and its advantages and disadvantages as well as the properties of the products obtained with this technology. Various ways of heating the preparation as well as controlling the heating itself are also described. At the very end of the work there is a division of tools and machines for hot forging.
