Abstract
U diplomskom radu ukratko je opisano područje posuda pod tlakom. U prvom poglavlju se opisuje namjena i uvjeti eksploatacije odabranog reprezentanta-kolone 393-C-002 (temperatura, medij, naprezanje), gabaritne dimenzije i zahtjevi za kvalitetu zavarenih spojeva. U drugom poglavlju se opisuju osnovni materijali i strojarske tehnologije zastupljene u izradi odabranog reprezentanta (oblikovanje metala deformiranjem, obrada odvajanjem čestica, zavarivanje…), debljine osnovnog materijala i oblike žljebova za zavarivanje, te postupke zavarivanja zastupljene u izradi odabranog reprezentanta. U trećem poglavlju na osnovu promatranja unutar proizvodnih pogona tvrtke „Đuro Đaković Industrijska Rješenja d.d.“ ukratko je opisan slijed proizvodnih i kontrolnih aktivnosti u izradi kolone 393-C-002. Četvrto poglavlje opisuje PQR i WPS dokumente, detaljno obrazloženje zavarivanja platiranih čelika, greške u izradi i mjere osiguranja kvalitete.
Abstract (english)
The field of pressure vessels is described in this graduate thesis. The first chapter describes the purpose and conditions of exploitation of the selected representative column 393-C-002 (temperature, medium, stress), dimensions and requirements for the quality of welded joints. The second chapter describes the basic material and mechanical technology represented in the manufacturing of selected representative (metal shaping, machining, welding etc.), the thickness of base material and the shape of welding grooves, and the welding processes represented in the manufacturing. In the third chapter based on observations within the production facilities of "Đuro Đaković Industrial Solutions d.d." The sequence of production and control activities for column 393-C-002 is described. Forth chapter describes PQR and WPS documents, describes in detail welding procedures of clad steels, manufacturing errors and quality assurance procedures.
