Abstract
U diplomskom radu opisano je povećanje zahtjeva energije i razlozi potrebe za razvijanjem novijih suvremenijih materijala i njihove osobine, glavni dijelovi kotlovskih postrojenja te podjela različitih vrsta kotlova. Ukratko su navedeni i opisani postupci zavarivanja koji se primjenjuju u kotlogradnji, kao i svojstva čelika koji koriste pri izradi elemenata kotlovskog postrojenja. Objašnjeni su problemi i svojstva zavarljivosti pojedinih grupa čelika prilikom zavarivanja, te metode sprječavanja neželjenih pojava prilikom njihova zavarivanja. Detaljnije su objašnjeni razvoj, svojstva i načini zavarivanja čelika T/P 23, T/P 24, T/P 91, T/P 92 te problemi prilikom njihova zavarivanja. Navedeni su određeni problemi uočeni prilikom zavarivanja metala P91 iz tvrtke ĐĐ TEP d.o.o te objašnjeni uzroci njihova nastanka.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the increase of energy needs and the reasons for the need and development of the new contemporary materials and their properties, it also presents main parts of steam power plants and the division of different types of boilers. Briefly, it contains description of welding methods and their properties, as well as the properties of steel used in the manufacture of boiler elements. The problems and properties of welding of certain steel groups during welding and methods of preventing unwanted occurrences and errors during their welding are explained. The development, properties and methods of steel T / P 23, T / P 24, T / P 91, T / P 92 and the problem of their welding are explained more in detail. Certain problems identified during the welding of P91 metal from ĐĐ TEP d.o.o are explained as well as the methods to fix them.
