Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu ovoga rada u njegovom uvodnom dijelu dan je kratak opis tvrdoće sa povijesnim razdobljima nastanka pojedinih metoda ispitivanja tvrdoće. Navedene su i opisane metode po Brinellu, Rockwellu i Vickersu koje spadaj u grupu statičkih metoda ispitivanja tvrdoće, navedena su područja primjene sa glavnim prednostima i nedostatcima svake metode, te su navedeni izrazi za računanje tvrdoća po svakoj od navedenih metoda. Također u radu su opisane metode po Poldyu, Shoreu, Baumanu i Lessenu koje spadaju u grupu dinamičkih metoda ispitivanja tvrdoće. Na kraju u zadnjem teorijskom dijelu ovoga rada navedene su i opisane neke od suvremenih metoda ispitivanja tvrdoće te su opisani uređaji koji se koriste pri tim ispitivanjima. U eksperimentalnom dijelu ovoga rada prikazana je priprema ispitnog uzorka za mjerenje tvrdoće po Brinellu, Rockwellu i Vickersu. Izmjerene su tvrdoće po sve tri statičke metode te su opisani načini dobivanja rezultata tvrdoće.
Abstract (english)
In introductory theoretical part of this work is given a short description of hardness with historical periods of emergence of each hardness testing methods. There are listed and described methods by Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers which falls in a group of static hardness test methods. There is a list of application areas with main advantages and disadvantages of each metod with theirs hardness calculation formulas. In this work, there is also a description of Poldy's, Shore's, Bauman's, Lessen's metods which falls in a group of dynamic hardness test methods. In the end of theoretical part there are listed and described some of the modern hardness test methods with description of devices thet are used for that testing. In the experimental part of the work is shown the preparation of test sample for hardness measuring by Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers. Hardness was measured by all three static methods, and the ways of achievement the results are described.
