Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je proveden postupak konstruiranja manjeg pokretnog miksera stočne hrane. Prikazana su konstrukcijska rješenja postojećih izvedbi u obliku manjih stacionarnih miksera, industrijskih miksera te pokretnih miksera koji su pogonjeni ili vučeni npr. traktorom te mogući problemi koji se najčešće javljaju. Nakon opisa zadatka konstrukcijskog procesa, formirana je lista zahtjeva koja definira buduće konstrukcijsko rješenje postavljajući zahtjeve i želje kroz opisne kategorije. Prikazana je fizikalna i funkcijska struktura miksera gdje su navedene glavne, pomoćne, dopunske i povezne funkcije za svaki element u sklopu. Izrađeni su proračuni pužnog transportera i za njegov pogon potrebnog remenskog prijenosa te proračun čvrstoće pogonskog vratila. Također je izrađen proračun gibnja. Metodom konačnih elemenata provjerene su deformacije i naprezanja nosača pužnog transportera pomoću programa ANSYS 16.2. Provedena je analiza industrijskog dizajna miksera na temelju kontrolnih pitanja. Nakon svega navedenog, pomoću programa SolidWorks 2016 izrađen je 3D model manjeg pokretnog miksera stočne hrane. Sklopni crteži izrađeni su u programu AutoCAD 2016.
Abstract (english)
In this master's degree thesis the goal is to design smaller portable cattle food mixer. Exsisting construction solutions are shown in the form of smaller non-portable mixer, industrial mixer and portable mixers in the meaning they are driven by vehicles as tractors and the frequent problems that can occur. After we defined the goal of the construction process, the list of requests is made to define future construction solution by makin requests and desiers trough descriptive categories. The physical and functional structure is shown where the definition for main, support, additional and interconnecting fucntion of each element in assembly. The basic calculation is made for screw conveyor and belt transmision thats used to run conveyor, and the calculation of input shaft. Also the basic calculation is made for the spring. Using the finite element method with the help of software ANSYS 16.2 , calculation is made to determine the value of deformation and strain of girder used to carry the screw conveyor. The analysis of industiral design is performed based on control questions. Based on everything done prior 3D model was made in software SolidWorks 2016.2. Assembly drawings were made in software AutoCAD.
