Abstract
U današnje vrijeme sve smo više svjedoci užurbanog načina života. Mnogi će reći da je užurbani način života izravna posljedica rapidnog razvoja tehnologije, dok će drugi reći da je rapidan razvoj tehnologije posljedica užurbanog načina života. Zbog povećanja standarda života i potrebe za proizvodima koji imaju sve složenije oblike, pred strojarstvo kao struku postavljena su velika očekivanja. Kako bi se proizvodi složenih oblika mogli proizvesti, a da se u obzir uzme cijena proizvodnje i vrijeme potrebno za proizvodnju, razvoj obradnih strojeva morao je pratiti potrebe tržišta. Iz te potrebe razvijeni su CAD/CAM programski paketi i numerički upravljani strojevi. U diplomskom su radu opisane osnove CAD/CAM sustava i numerički upravljanih obradnih strojeva. Predstavljeni su jednostavni i kompleksni CAD/CAM programski paketi i prikazan princip rada dvoosnih, troosnih i višeosnih obradnih strojeva. Opisana je njihova korelacija i načini upravljanja te simulacija i dobivanje tehnološke dokumentacije pomoću CAM programskog paketa.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, we are increasingly witnessing a bustling way of life. Many will say that the bustling way of life is a direct consequence of the rapid development of technology, while others will say that the rapid development of technology is the result of a busy lifestyle. Because of the increasing standard of living and the need for products that are more complex, there is a great expectation in the field of mechanical engineering as a profession. In order for products of complex forms to be produced, taking into account the cost of production and the time needed to produce, the development of machining machineryhad to follow the needs of the market. From this need, CAD / CAM software packages and numerically controlled machines have been developed. This graduate thesis presents the basics of CAD / CAM systems and numerically controlled machining machines. Simple and complex CAD / CAM software packages will be presented alongside the principle of double, triple and multiple axis machines. Their correlation and management modes will be displayed with simulating and obtaining the technological documentation using the CAM software package.
