Abstract
U radu se obrađuje tehnologija izrade kućišta reduktora, u kojem su obuhvaćeni tehnološki zahtjevi, točnost izrade te materijal izratka. Autor se također osvrnuo na korištene strojeve, alate te režime obrade. Proces izrade kućišta reduktora vršio se prema tehnologiji izrade koju je moguće vidjeti u 2. točki rada. Cijeli proces izrade je praćen te dokumentiran. Naveden je korišteni materijal, stroj, te alati. Na posljetku je potrebno izvesti mjerenja kako bismo bili sigurni da je proizvod izrađen u zadanim mjerama, kao i provesti tehno-ekonomsku analizu u cilju predodžbe o isplativosti izrade ovog proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
In this paper has been written about technology of making reductor, which consists of tehnological requirements, the accuracy of the production and the work material. The autor also referred to used machines, tools and precessing regimes. The manufacturing process as well as the end product can be seen in the enclosed pictures. The whole process of production has been monitored and documented. The material, machine, and tools used are listed. Finally, it is necessary to perform measurements to make sure that the product is made in a predetermined measure, as well as conduct a techno-economic analysis with a view to the concept of cost-effectiveness of making this product.
