Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je tehnologija zaštite metala kemijskim naparivanjem (CVD postupak). U prvom dijelu rada opisano je što je korozija, kako se dijeli, navedeni su oblici korozije i tehnologije pomoću kojih se ostvaruje površinska zaštita. U drugom dijelu rada opisana je tehnologija zaštite metala kemijskim naparivanjem te strojevi i oprema koji se koriste za izvođenje postupka za kemijsko naparivanje. Zadnji dio rada sadrži prednosti i nedostatke CVD postupka te njegovu usporedbu sa PVD postupkom.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final work is technology of chemical vapor deposition (CVD). In the first part of the paper, it is described that corrosion, as it is shared, includes corrosion and technology forms by which surface protection is achieved. The second part of the paper describes the technology of metal-based chemical vapor deposition and the machines and equipment used to carry out the chemical firing process. The last part of the paper contains the advantages and disadvantages of the CVD process and its comparison with the PVD process.
