Abstract
Osnovni cilj ovog rada je prikazati tehnologiju zavarivanja cijevnog koljena, izrađenog legure INCOLOY 800H prema crtežu 011-04-29, koji je dio sklopa cijevnog kompenzatora izrađivan za stranog naručitelja pod poznatim uvjetima eksploatacije. Sklop kompenzatora predstavlja jedinstvenu cjelinu i kao takav važan je svaki montažni dio, te je za svaki od tih dijelova potrebno posvetiti posebnu pažnju prilikom konstruiranja, odabira materijala i tehnologija te same kontrole kvalitete. U radu je dan pregled osnovnih parametara za odabir i konstruiranje cijevnih kompenzatora te njihove namjene u određenim uvjetima eksploatacije. Jednako tako tumačenje odabira osnovnog materijala za izradu, propisane tehnologije obrade, odabranih režima obrade i kontrole kvalitete. U radu je prikazana proizvodnja cijevnog komada popraćena teorijskim objašnjenjima odabranih postupaka i normi koje su korištene u propisivanju tehnologije izrade cijevnog koljena.
Abstract (english)
The main objective of this paper is to illustrate the welding technology of the elbow, made of INCOLOY 800H alloy according to drawing 011-04-29, which is part of the pipe compensator assembly made for a foreign buyer under well known exploitation conditions. The compensator assembly is a unique unit and as such is important for each mounting part, and for each of these parts special care has to be paid when designing, selecting material and technology and quality control. This paper presents a review of the basic parameters for selecting and constructing the pipe compensators and their purpose under certain conditions of exploitation. Equally the interpretation of the choice of basic material for production, prescribed processing technology, selected processing regimes and quality control. This paper presents the production of a pipe piece accompanied by theoretical explanations of the selected procedures and standards used in the prescribing of the tube manufacturing technique.
