Abstract
U radu je opisana podjela kotlovskih postrojenja, njihovi osnovni dijelovi, kao i princip rada jednog od kotlovskih postrojenja. Navedeni su najzastupljeni postupci navarivanja niklenim legurama u zaštiti kotlova kao i automat za navarivanje pojedinačnih cijevi. U većini slučajeva navarivanje većih površina se vrši automatskim strojevima. Opisani su osnovni dijelovi opreme, kao i princip njegovog rada. Eksperimentalni dio obuhvaća navarivanje radnih proba za kvalifikaciju postupka navarivanja na automatu za navarivanje pojedinačnih cijevi u zaštiti četverokomponentnog i dvokomponentnog plina te usporedba dobivenih rezultata.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the division of boiler plants, their basic components and working principle of one boiler plants. The above are the most frequent nickle alloy overlay welding procedures in protection of boilers as well as automated overlay welding machine. In most cases, long overlay welding is done on machines. Describes the basic pieces of equipment, as well as the principle of their work. The experimental part includes the overlay welding for the qualification of the welding processon on the machine for single tubes in protection of four-component and two-component gas, and comparison of the obtained results.
