Abstract
U ovom radu cilj je bio opisati niklene legure koje se koriste u kotlogradnji. Opisana je njihova primjena i problem zavarljivosti pojedinih legura. U prvom dijelu rada opisano je općenito o niklenim legura te su navedene i opisane skupine niklenih legura. Opisana su svojstva, specifične karakteristike i primjena u praksi. U drugom dijelu rada navedene su legure koje se koriste u kotlogradnji. Detaljno je opisan Inconel 625 kao najzastupljeniji materijal u kotlogradnji. Kroz praktične primjere opisani su postupci navarivanja, primjena i problemi zavarljivosti niklenih legura u kotlogradnji.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work was to describe nickel – base alloys which are use din the boiler plants. It is described it is application and problem of weldability of some nickel – base alloys. In the first part of this work it has been described something in general about nickel – base alloys, then there are all named and described some groups of it. There are described qualities, specific characteristics and application in practice. In the secon part of this work are named nickel – base alloys which are use din the boiler plants. It is described in details Inconel 625 as the most representative material in te boiler plants through example from practice there are described procedures od cladding application and problems of weldability of nickel – base alloys in the boiler plants.
