Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu objašnjen je postupak nastanka i primjene kontrolne dokumentacije za izabrani otkivak. Razrađena je izrada dokumenta pod nazivom „kontrolni postupak“ te x – R karata i princip njihovih primjena u neposrednoj proizvodnji. Objašnjena je kako se svaki od tih dokumenata koristi i popunjava. Opisane su kontrolne aktivnosti kroz proizvodne faze izabranog otkivka. U praktičnom primjeru prikazan je postupak statističke analize proizvodnog procesa. Indeksi stabilnosti Cp i centriranosti Cpk procesa pokazuju nam o stanju procesa, da li proces kao takav proizvodi proizvode koji će kvalitetom zadovoljiti kupca ili je potrebno propisati korektivne akcije za njegovo poboljšanje.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis has explained the procedure for the creation and application of control documentation for the selected riveting. The elaboration of the document titled "control procedure" and the x – R maps and the principle of their use in the immediate production have been elaborated. It is explained how each of these documents is used and filled out. Control activities have been described through the manufacturing phases of the selected veneer. In a practical example, a process of statistical analysis of the production process is presented. Cp stability and Cpk process centering indicate the state of the process, whether the process as such produces products that will satisfy the customer's quality or require corrective action to improve.
