Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisana je tehnologija površinske zaštite čelične cijevi postupkom bruniranja. Cilj bruniranja jest postizanje crnog sloja (oksida) na željenoj površini. Brunirani sloj odlično apsorbira svjetlost te se zbog takvih svojstava koristi u vojnoj industriji pri izradi oružja. Bruniranje se koristi i u svrhu dekorativnih svojstava na satovima, ručkama alata (noževi, mačevi…) te fotoaparatima. Tehnologija bruniranja ne mijenja svojstva čelika ili nekog drugog materijala, ali je bitna u svakodnevnici zbog čega će u ovom radu biti objašnjena te će biti navedene različite vrste bruniranja. Posebna pažnju usmjerena je na postupak lužnatog bruniranja u vrelim kupkama, načine skladištenja, konzervacije i kontrole kvalitete.
Abstract (english)
In this final article, the surface protection technology of the steel pipe is described by the browning procedure. The aim of browning is to achieve a black layer (oxide) on the desired surface. The browning layer absorbs the light very well and it is used for such properties in the military industry when making weapons. Browning is also used for decorative features on watches, tool handles (knives, swords ...) and cameras. Browning technology does not change the properties of steel or any other material, but it is essential in everyday life, which will explain in this article and will describe the different types of browning. Particular attention is focused on the method of alkaline browning in hot baths, storage methods, conservation and quality control.
