The introductory part of the paper describes the velomobile constructional features and possible design types. Different varieties of shells are shown, which contribute to the vehicle's aerodynamics and enable faster motion. Electrobicycle and all of its electronical components are showed and explained. In the course of the work, the display construction, which has been used as an example for designing the desired construction, is described. Main constructional features of the display construction are described: designing of braking, control and propulsion systems, construction form and construction of the seat. The modifications made while modeling construction are pointed out; Construction was modeled in 3D software package SOLIDWORKS. During modeling, the model elements were checked to avoid collisions and dimensional deviations. The third part of the paper describes the course of making the modeled construction, the preparation and welding of the pipes and ensuring dimensional accuracy and true shape of the construction. Front wheel drive, seat design, braking, control, gearbox and drive systems are described. Possible transmission ratios are given for the drive system. In the final part of the work, the analitical calculation for construction is conducted. The construction is simplified and placed in a global coordinate system and support reaction force values are found. Furthermore, the internal forces and moments in the characteristic points of the structure are calculated and tabularly presented. With latter we can calculate equivalent stresses. Finally, we check the factor of safety and bring the conclusion on the stress condition in the construction.
