Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je Projektiranje tehnološkog procesa u CAD/CAM softveru. U teorijskom dijelu opisana je računalom podržana tehnološka priprema proizvodnje, njeno stanje na tržištu te dostupnost i prihvatljivost CAD/CAM softvera. U eksperimentalnom dijelu diplomskog rada projektiran je tehnološki proces izrade radnog predmeta uz pomoć CAD/CAM softvera Siemens NX11. Pomoću navedenog softvera za svaki tehnološki zahvat kreiran je alat te njegova putanja, a zatim pokrenuta simulacija. Softver NX11 kao krajnji rezultat, između ostalog, nudi i popratnu tehnološku dokumentaciju te G-kod koji služi za izrada predmeta na numerički upravljanim strojevima (NC). Radni predmet za koji je projektiran tehnološki proces je složenog geometrijskog oblika.
Abstract (english)
The theme of the graduate thesis is Designing the technological process in the CAD / CAM software. In the theoretical part, the computer is supported by the technological preparation of production, its market situation and the availability and acceptability of CAD / CAM software. In the experimental part of the graduate thesis, the technological process of working with the CAD / CAM software Siemens NX11 was designed. With the software listed for each technological engagement, a tool was created and its path followed by a simulation. The NX11 software as an end result, among other things, also offers the required technological documentation and the G-code used to produce objects on numerically controlled machines (NC). The work object for which the technological process is designed is of a complex geometric shape.
