Abstract
Teško je zamisliti svijet u kojem strojevi nisu automatizirani, ako ne u potpunosti onda barem polovično. Sedamdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća došlo je do otkrića u strojarskim tehnologijama te je osmišljen prvi CNC stroj koji je od tada daleko došao. Danas se uz pojam industrije usko vežu CNC strojevi koji su svoju primjenu našli u drvnoj, metalnoj , brodskoj i automobilskoj industriji. Kako bi osoba radila na CNC stroju mora baratati određenim znanjima te mora biti sposobna čitati i razumijevati tehnološku dokumentaciju. U samom početku ovog rada proučena je povijest CAD/CAM sustava i proanalizirana je njihova uloga u proizvodnom procesu.Posebna pažnja posvećena je opisu korištenih CAD/CAM programa. Cilj završnog rada je izrada kalupa korištenjem dodatne A osi te je zbog toga veliki dio završnog rada posvećen tehnološkoj dokumentaciji, opisu stroja i njegovih funkcija. U programima Solidworks i Creo Parametric izrađena je potrebita dokumentacija za oblikovanje tehnološkog procesa odabranog obratka te je kroz korake detaljno objašnjeno dobivanje gotovog obratka iz predobrađenog modela. Programiranje, koje je samo po sebi zahtjevan proces, ne olakšava činjenica da je u ovom završnom radu programiran stroj sa 4 osi te je zbog toga u postupak dodana još jedna varijabla. Izradi modela, obratka i kreiranju NC koda pristupljeno je sa pažnjom jer u protivnom može doći do troškova i oštećenja prilikom izrade proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
It's hard to imagine a world without automated machines, or at least half-automated. In seventies years of last century there has been a breaktrough in mechanical engineering technologies that resulted with first CNC machine that came a long way since then. Nowdays industry and CNC machines are closely related especially in terms of metal, naval, automotive and lumber industry. For a person to be able to operate on a CNC machines person has to be able to read and understand technical papers. In the begining of this paper we can find a brief study of CAD/CAM systems history and analysis of their role in manufacturing process. Special care has been put into description of used CAD/CAM programs. Point of this paper is manufacturing of a mold using a additional A axis, therefor a huge ammount of this paper is dedicated on techincal papers, description of a machine and its functions. Technical papers needed to manufacture a mold were made using Solidworks and Creo Parametric software. Manufacturing process has been described step by step starting from pretreated model to a finished product. Programming, that is complicated as a process by itself is not eased by a fact that in this paper there is a need to program a machine that's using a additional 4. axis. Manufacture of a model and creation af a NC code is approached with care because in oppose there is a chance of an unplanned expenses and damage in manufacturing process.
