Abstract
U ovome završnom radu je opisan postupak zavarivanja sučeonog spoja čeličnih cijevi na cjevovodima koji se primjenjuju za prijenos nafte i zemnog plina. Ukratko su opisane cijevi i cjevovodi kao i njihova primjena. Opisana su tri postupka koja se mogu koristiti prilikom zavarivanja cjevovoda, od kojih je najzastupljeniji i najekonomičniji REL postupak. Pošto je REL postupak najekonomičniji, nabrojane su i opisane obložene elektrode, žljebovi, te načini zavarivanja kod takvoga postupka. Rad se jednim dijelom osvrće na automatizaciju i mehanizaciju proizvodnje cijevi i cjevovoda, te se uz to spominju roboti i njihova uloga u zavarivanju. Završetak rada opisuje moguće pogreške i metode kontrole zavarenih spojeva, kao i zaštitu na radu prilikom zavarivanja.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes butt welding procedure of steel pipes on pipelines used for oil and gas transmission. Pipes and pipelines are briefly described as well as their use. Three procedures are described that can be used during welding of pipelines, of which the most common and most economical is REL procedure. Since REL procedure is most economical, electrodes, welding grooves and welding methodes are listed and described in such a procedure. This paper is partly focused on automation and mechanization in production pipes and pipelines, robots are also mentioned and their role in welding. At the and of paper possible mistakes, and control methodes of weld joints are described, as well safety at work during welding.
