Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu objašnjen je postupak izrade tehnološkog postupka kod izrade proizvoda postupcima obrade odvajanja čestica prema zadanom crtežu. Razrađen je postupak odabira polaznog materijala prema zadanom materijalu sa crteža, proračun adekvatnih brzina rezanja za strojnu obradu prema tehnološkim specifičnostima sa odabranih alata za obradu. U praktičnom dijelu prikazan je postupak modeliranja zadanog proizvoda u programskom alatu QAPT 2018, izrada virtualnih alata, odabir operacija obrade, izrade NC programa, te njegovo slanje na stroj.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis has explained the process of making a technological process in the manufacture of products by the process of separating particle according to the given drawing.The process of selecting the starting material according to the given material from the drawings is elaborated, the calculation of the appropriate cutting speeds for machining according to the technological specifications of the selected processing tools.In the practical part, the procedure for modeling the default product in the QAPT 2018 software tool, the development of virtual tools, the selection of processing operations, the NC program production, and its submission to the machine are shown.
