Abstract
U teoretskom dijelu rada opisana su termoenergetska postrojenja, postupak navarivanja legurama na bazi nikla, „on – line monitoring“ glavnih parametra navarivanja (senzori) i CMT - MAG postupak zavarivanja. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na opis CMT - MAG postupka zavarivanja. Objašnjena je oprema koja se koristi za izvođenje postupka, napravljena je usporedba CMT - MAG i konvencionalnog postupka zavarivanja, te su navedene prednosti, nedostatci i područje primjene CMT - MAG postupka zavarivanja. Također je detaljno objašnjena primjena senzora u praćenju postupka zavarivanja, te praćenje glavnih parametara zavarivanja pomoću „on – line monitoring“ sistema i oprema koja se koristila za mjerenje glavnih parametara zavarivanja CMT - MAG procesom. U eksperimentalnom dijelu analizirala su se dva prolaza s ciljem otkrivanja greške. Analizirao se prolaz 10 u kojem nije došlo do pojave greške i analizirao se prolaz 14 u kojem je došlo do pojave greške poroznosti. Za prolaz 10 i 14 u Excelu su obrađene i prikazane vrijednosti izmjerenih parametara zavarivanja, te su napravljene tri vrste dijagrama za svaki prolaz kako bi se bolje predočila razlika i usporedili parametri zavarivanja za ova dva prolaza. Ukratko je opisan postupak ispitivanja penetrantima, zaštitni plin koji se koristio, te su navedene vrijednosti parametara zavarivanja pri kojima se vršio postupak zavarivanja.
Abstract (english)
In the theoretical part of the thesis, I described thermoenergetic installations, the method of cladding with nickel-based alloys, „on-line monitoring“ of the main parameters of cladding (sensors) and CMT - MAG method of welding. The main stress was put on the description of CMT - MAG method of welding. The equipment for doing the method was described, as well as the comparison between CMT - MAG and the conventional method of welding, and also the advantages, flaws and the area of usage of CMT - MAG method of welding were specified. Also, the usage of sensors in monitoring the method of welding was explained in detail as well as monitoring the main parameters of welding using „on-line monitoring“ system and the equipment which has been used to measure the main parameters of welding with CMT - MAG process. In the experimental part, two passages with the goal of detecting an error were analyzed. Passage 10 in which no error has been detected was analyzed and passage14 in which an error of porosity has been detected was analyzed. For passage 10 and 14, merits of measured parameters of welding were processed and shown in Excel and also three types of diagrams for each passage were made, in order to better present the difference and compare the parameters of welding for those two passages. The method of testing penetrants was described briefly, the protective gas that has been used and the merits of parameters of welding under which the process of welding was executed were shown.
