Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazani su postupci i metode ispitivanja triboloških svojstava te utjecaj maziva na sprječavanje trošenja. Tijekom eksperimentalnog dijela testirano je ulje konoplje, kako bi se prikazao utjecaj ovog ulja na podmazivanje i trošenje materijala. Ispitivanje je provedeno na taber abrazeru model 503 metodom „valjčić po disku“ gdje je dio uzoraka ispitivan bez maziva, a dio s mazivom zbog usporedbe i prikazivanja rezultata. Tijekom svih ispitivanja svaki uzorak je bio podvrgnut promijeni opterećenja i promijeni broja ciklusa. Također je prikazan Taber abraser model 503 na kojem su vršena i praćena ispitivanja uzoraka. Za materijal uzorka valjčića odabran je nehrđajući čelik X210Cr12 (Č 4150), a za uzorak diska odabran je niskolegirani čelik. Mjerenjem masa svakog uzorka prije i nakon testiranja, na osnovi postavljenih opterećenja i broja ciklusa, dolazi se do gubitka mase uzorka valjčića kao konačnog rezultata.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis are presented the procedures and methods of testing tribological properties as well the influence of lubricants on the prevention of wear. During the experimental part is tested hemp seed oil to show the influence of this oil on the lubrication and wear of material. The test was performed on taber abraser model 503 by a „pin on disk“ method where parts of the samples was tested without a lubricant, and a part with lubricant, because comparison and show of results. During all tests each sample was subjected to changes loads and changes the number of cycles. Also is shown Taber abraser model 503 on which performed and accompanied tested samples. For pin sample material was chosen stainless steel X210Cr12 (Č 4150) and for disk sample low alloyed steel. By measuring the mass of each sample before and after testing, based on the set loads and the number of cycles, it comes the lost of mass for pin sample as a final result.
