Abstract
Tema ovoga diplomskoga rada je „Analiza uzroka nastanka kvara kroz Ishikawa dijagram“. U radu su pojašnjene metode održavanja, objašnjeno je što je preventivno, a što korektivno održavanje. Dati su primjeri kvara i kakvi sve kvarovi mogu biti. Objašnjena je uloga dijagnostike te koji se instrumenti koriste. Nadalje u radu je rečeno tko je bio Kaoru Ishikawa te kako je nastao dijagram. Detaljno je objašnjen Ishikawa dijagram, čemu služi i kako se koristi. Navedeni su redom koraci pri kreiranju dijagrama. Te na samom kraju prikazana su dva primjera primjene Ishikawa dijagrama, na strojevima SMEC 100 (stroj za izradu jezgri) i BPB (stroj za niskotlačno lijevanje), koji se koriste u tvornici Saint Jean Industries d.o.o u Slavonskom Brodu.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this graduate thesis is „Analysis of the failures causes through Ishikawa diagram“. The paper explains maintenance methods, explains what is preventive and corrective maintenance. Givn examples of failure and how failure may be. The role of diagnostics is explained and the instruments used. Fruther, in the paper was told who was Kaoru Ishikawa and how the diagram was formed. The Ishikawa diagram is explanied in detail, for what is used and how is used. The steps in creating the diagram are listed. At the very end two examples of application are shown in the Ishikawa diagram, on machines SMEC 100 (core machining) and BPB (low pressure casting machine) used at Saint Jean Industries d.o.o in Slavonski Brod.
