Abstract
Tema rada je elektrootporno točkasto zavarivanje. U radu je dan teorijski pregled postupaka elektrootpornog zavarivanja s detaljnijim opisom postupka elektrootpornog točkastog zavarivanja, uređaja za elektrootporno zavarivanje, vrste elektroda te osnovni fizikalni princip elektrootpornog točkastog zavarivanja. Opisan je proces formiranja točkastog zavara i ispitivanje uzoraka zavarenih elektrootpornim točkastim zavarivanje. Proveden je eksperimentalni dio pri čemu su promatrani utjecaji triju parametara pri točkastom zavarivanju. Svrha ispitivanja je odrediti najutjecajniji parametar pri zavarivanju i njihove utjecaje na kvalitetu zavara. Za analizu podataka korišten je plan pokusa 23. U konačnici je definiran najutjecajniji parametar i formiran zaključak na temelju ispitivanja i analize dobivenih rezultata.
Abstract (english)
The paper discusses the resistance spot welding. The paper presents a theoretical overview of resistance welding with a detailed description of the procedures of resistance spot welding, device for resistance welding, electrodes and basic physical principle of resistance spot welding. The process of forming the spot welds and testing of samples welded with resistance spot welding is described. An experimental part was carried out, where the effects of three parameters were observed. The purpose of the test is to determine the most influential welding parameter and their impact on the quality of the weld. For the data analysis, the 23 factorial design was used. Ultimately, the most influential parameter was defined and a conclusion based on the test and analysis of the obtained results was established.
