Abstract
Suočavanje s problemom energetske budućnosti je postalo neizbježno, a jedini izbor su obnovljivi izvori energije među kojima prednjači energija vjetra. Cilj ovog rada je upoznati pojedinca s osnovnim znanjem o energiji vjetra te sastavnim dijelovima, načinu rada i klasifikaciji vjetroagregata. Središnji dio rada predstavlja proračun dobivene godišnje količine električne energije iz malog vjetroagregata u različitim okruženjima, a prikazana je ovisnost iznosa električne energije o brzini vjetra i razredu hrapavosti za lokacije Đakovo, Rijeka, Brinje i Orebić. Usporedbom dobivenih rezultata na lokaciji Đakovo i na lokacijama Rijeka, Brinje i Orebić dolazi se do zaključka da su brzina vjetra i odabir razreda hrapavosti ključni za proizvodnju električne energije. Dodatna potvrda točnosti proračuna je tehnoekonomska analiza. Računanjem vremena povrata investicije dokazana je ekonomska opravdanost projekta.
Abstract (english)
Facing the problem of energy future has become inevitable, and the only option are renewable energy sources, wind energy being in the lead. The aim of this paper is to inform individuals on basic knowledge of wind energy and the components, operation mode and classification of a wind turbine. Main part of the paper is the calculation of gathered annual amount of electrical energy from a small wind turbine in different surroundings, and the correlation between the amount of electrical energy and the wind speed, as well as the roughness class for the Đakovo, Rijeka, Brinje and Orebić locations. By comparing the results gathered in Đakovo and those gathered in Rijeka, Brinje and Orebić, it can be concluded that the wind speed and the selection of roughness class are the key elements for the production of electrical energy. Additional confirmation of the calculation’s accuracy is the techno-economic analysis. By calculating the time needed for the return of the investment, the economic justification of the project has been proven.
