Abstract
Mehanička svojstva zajedno sa ostalim svojstvima predstavljaju osnovna eksploatacijska svojstva materijala pa iz tog razloga ispitivanje mehaničkih svojstava zauzima visoko i vrlo važno mjesto u sustavu kvalitete proizvoda. Jedno od mehaničkih svojstava čije se ispitivanje najčešće provodi upravo je tvrdoća. Pomoću tvrdoće moguće je procijeniti i neka druga svojstva materijala, kao i njihovo ponašanje u različitim uvjetima eksploatacije. U odnosu na ispitivanja nekih drugih mehaničkih svojstava, ispitivanje tvrdoće materijala relativno je brz, jednostavan i jeftin postupak. Ovaj rad je podijeljen na teoretski i eksperimentalni dio. U teoretskom dijelu opisan je utjecaj temperature na svojstva zavarenog spoja. Detaljno su opisane pojedine zone zavarenog spoja kao i promjene u strukturi materijala. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada definirana je oprema, način pripreme ispitnog uzorka i postupak ispitivanja prema normi ISO 9015-1. Zavareni spoj podvrgnut je testiranju a prema dobivenim rezultatima utvrđeno je da su parametri zavarivanja kao i samo zavarivanje ispravno odabrani i provedeni.
Abstract (english)
Mehanical properties together with other properties represents the basic exploitation properties of the material and for this reason the examination of the mehanical properties occupy a high and very important place in product quality system. One of the mehanical properties whose examination usually carried out is exactly the hardness. Hardness can also evaluate some other material properties as well as their behavior under different conditions of exploitation. By comparioson with testing of some other mehanical properties, hardeness testing of the material is relatively fast, simple and inexpensive. This project is divided into theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part describes the influence of temperature on properties of the welded joint. Some zones of the welded joint are described in detail as well as changes in the material structure. In the experimental part of project equipment, method of preparation the test sample and test procedure are defined according to ISO 9015 – 1. The welded joint is subjected to testing and the according to the obtained results it was found that the welding parameters were correctly selected and carried out.
